Terms and conditions for using the services

In this website’s terms and conditions, the following “term” shall have its meaning as specified:

“Advertisement” means a post for finding a person who shall come to work in any position, including advertisements in any forms as shown in JOBBKK.COM’s website.

“User” means those who come to apply for services from JOBBKK.COM’s website.

“Candidate Member” means those who applies to be a member as a job seeker with ORCHIDJOBS.COM and shall receive Username and Password.

“Employer Member” means those who applies to be a member as an entrepreneur with ORCHIDJOBS.COM and shall receive Username and Password.

“Username” means a name that a User has set and has been approved by ORCHIDJOBS.COM for accessing into the services. “Password” means a code that a User has set and has been approved by ORCHIDJOBS.COM for accessing into the services.

“ORCHIDJOBS.COM” means JOBBKK DOT COM RECRUITMENT Co., Ltd.

2.1 Employer Member and Candidate Member shall notify information and details in an application form completely and correctly according to the fact. If it is latterly found that Employer Member and Candidate Member has given incomplete and/or inaccurate information and details corresponding to the fact. ORCHIDJOBS.COM reserves the right to suspend or cancel its services to such Employer Member and Candidate Member without prior warning or notice and reserves the right to return any paid fees (if any).

2.2 Employer Member is in the business of broker or insurance agent (of all kinds such as risk insurance, accidental insurance, life insurance, etc.), direct sale, single or multiple level marketing, finding members or Ponzi schemes, credit, credit card, financial institutes or any other similar business as aforementioned shall not be prohibited to use the services of ORCHIDJOBS.COM If it is found that any Employer Member is in the scope of this said business or there is a reasonable ground to believe that it is in the said business hiding to use the services, ORCHIDJOBS.COM ORCHIDJOBS.COM reserves the right to suspend or cancel its services to such Employer Member and Candidate Member without prior warning or notice and reserves the right to return any paid fees (if any).

2.3 Employer Member has behavior or there is a reasonable ground to believe that it is any or all behaviors as specified in Clauses 2.3.1, 2.3.2, 2.3.3 and 2.3.4, ORCHIDJOBS.COM reserves the right to suspend or cancel its services to such Employer Member and Candidate Member without prior warning or notice and reserves the right to return any paid fees (if any).

2.3.1 Employer Member has searched for more than 150 Candidate Members’ profiles without available position; or

2.3.2 There are Candidate Members’ profile search which are not in correspondence with the position Employer Member posted and there is any complaint from Candidate Member that he/she has been invited from Employer Member to work for the position Candidate Member specified in its profile explicitly that such position or type of business unsatisfied by Candidate Member to work.

2.3.3 Giving misrepresentation, forgery or arrogating the name of workplace without assignment or duty of such Employer Member or having any participation with such workplace regarding subscription as Employer Member.

2.3.4 Propagating the products and/or services, misleading to illegality, breach of ethics, libel, accusation, reviling, inciting, obscenity, threatening, harassment, disturbance, damaging others’ reputation or making others’ embarrassment or infringement the others’ personal right.

2.4 Employer Member and/or Candidate Member shall deliver required documents as specified in the rules for subscription such as a copy of an ID card, a copy of a registration certificate, Por.Por. 20 without evasion. If Employer Member and/or Candidate Member fails to deliver the documents or make forgery or deliver false documents, the website reserves the right to suspend or cancel its services to such Employer Member and Candidate Member without prior warning or notice and reserves the right to return any paid fees (if any).

2.5 Employer Member and/or Candidate Member shall receive the right to use the services of posting work position, searching for candidates’ profile to the extent of numbers and time period of using as specified in the date of subscription completely under the terms and conditions. ORCHIDJOBS.COM reserves the right to improve and change conditions regarding the services, prices, premium and/or sale promotion without prior notice for the benefits of the User mainly.

3.1 Employer Member can update the position itself (twice/day);

3.2 Employer Member can post the position itself 24 hours;

3.3 Employer Member can search for profile 24 hours;

3.4 Employer Member can see statistics and download Performance Report;

3.5 Employer Member can see the administration system of job allocation from Job Matching;

3.6 Employer Member can choose an application via Email (as specified by Employer Member) or can choose to restore in the system of ORCHIDJOBS.COM.

3.7 Employer Member can search for profile according to the number and time period within the date of expiration as specified.

3.8 Employer Member can see online contact information of the applicant in the system of JOBBKK.COM’s website (except for supplementary services);

3.9 Employer Member can add the company’s logo, map, and can link to its company’s website;

3.10 Employer Member can access to the system with the Username and Password which can be used per one computer ach time. Employer Member cannot use the Username and Password more than one computer at the same time.

3.11 Employer Member can support the use in both Thai and English.

4.1 Candidate Member can choose to create its resume by itself;

4.2 Candidate Member can create/revise the resume itself 24 hours;

4.3 Candidate Member can choose to set the private status itself;

4.4 Candidate Member can choose to set turn on/off online/offline of the resume itself;

4.5 Candidate Member can check all history of job application;

4.6 Candidate Member can choose to restore interesting jobs;

4.7 Candidate Member can check history of opening its resume by iCheck;

4.8 Candidate Member can check the positions which is corresponding to the qualification by Job Matching;

4.9 Candidate Member can check the status of opening to see the resume requests;

4.10 Candidate Member can receive news of job/activity advertisement from ORCHIDJOBS.COM;

4.11 Candidate Member can use the system with the Username and Password which can be used per one computer ach time. Candidate Member cannot use the Username and Password more than one computer at the same time.

6.1 ORCHIDJOBS.COM disclaims any responsibilities to damage arising to Employer Member and/or Candidate Member as the result of error or fault of the member itself or from the third persons.

6.2 ORCHIDJOBS.COM reserves the right to indemnify the use at its discretion of any error from the website’s system except for natural disaster and fire.

JOBBKK.COM’s website notify the website’s User and member that if any person copies, counterfeit, bring, reproduce or alter all contents, articles, statement, photos, graphic, design, logo, trademark, trademark and other as shown in the website for the purpose of exploitation, whether in any way, without consent or approval. JOBBKK.COM’s website shall take legal action against such infringing person.

ORCHIDJOBS.COM is sincerely pleased to provide the services to all Employer Member and/or Candidate Member in order to be a mid website for jobs with quality for benefits to all members. It is found that any member has behavior which may cause damage to other members or other persons, such member shall be withdrawn from the service system and relevant services without prior notice. The right of considering any operation in any case shall be deemed that terminated. The subscriber for Employer Member and/or Candidate Member has understood and accepted to be under "the terms and conditions for using the services" and confirms that it shall not take action in both civil and criminal against ORCHIDJOBS.COM executives and teams in all respects. Therefore it hereby agrees to confirm the subscription.
